You know when people think of wellness they think it’s all just yoga and green smoothies, which is so not true – smoothies can be pink! I love changing people’s perceptions of what health and wellness can be, and showing them that you can still have fun and eat delicious food even without sugar and gluten and dairy and meat and nuts and water and air.
I know what you’re thinking – Bec, that sounds too good to be true! But believe me, it’s not! As in it’s not too good to be true, not that it’s not too good to not be true. Or not.
